the room met all requests, big with a view. the price was usd 437. also, location was marvellous, at a medium distance from yad vashem memorial. the area was good close to jerusalem, the tram to the old city, and fast food places.
Could not be improved in any way.

Relaxing and clean hotel, the staff is patient. The rooms with mini fridge and Tea/Coffee making facilities and Television. A lot of options, good food. Quiet and excellent location, easy walk to everywhere. Honestly no complaints.

The stay was enjoyable. The whole building was clean and had a family atmosphere. The hotel's location was excellent, not far from the valley below, and the hill. It also was to restaurants or shops.

The room was a nice size and having a coffee table, a kettle, and a chair in it was convenient. The beds were nice, like a cloud. The hotel location was peaceful in a quiet neighborhood.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. The hotel facilities were nice and well-maintained. The location, although outside of the city center, was close to the tram, making transportation to the Old City easy.
Nothing could have been better.

The price was good.
The hotel previously was named the Shalom. All signs on the road say the Shalom Hotel. Nothing on the confirmation we received told us that was the former name of the hotel. The staff was not helpful when we called and it took us a long time to locate the hotel. The hotel information that we received said it was recently remodeled. It hasn't been remodeled in a long, long time. Hallways and rooms were shabby. Public areas looked better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on top of a hill in a peaceful residential area. Despite there being no facilities around, it was only a short 10-minute walk to the old town center, which was very convenient. Additionally, it was just a 10-minute walk to Shaare Tzedek Hospital, making it a great choice for anyone needing to be close to the medical facilities.
We highly recommend this hotel. The only drawback we experienced was that the swimming pool was not working during our stay.

We enjoyed the mountain view and locartion of the hotel which overlooked the city of Jerusalem. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with a large variety of choice. The meeting rooms on the 2nd floor gave our group good options of space for our evening fellowship meetings. And the bar in the reception is pleasant.
Some of the rooms have some damp on the walls. The carpet in the rooms are a little worn, obviously to do with the age of the hotel. It would have been nice to have drinks, even just juices, included in the price of the evening meals instead of having to purchase them separately from the trolley.

Our stay was enjoyable with good complementary food and a fantastic view from our room. The hotel was conveniently located for our visit to local attractions. we appreciated the helpfulness of the staff.
It was a bit disappointing that the swimming pool was not operational in the winter, and the carpets in the room were a bit old and could use replacement. We also had a minor disturbance with the housekeeping department on the morning of our departure.

The location of Rimonim is an excellent mountain top location with excellent views of much of the city. It is terribly easy to find both with the old 'Shalom' sign at the top, and the brown city tourist board 'Rimonim' signs on the main road. The reception and meeting rooms are adequate and spacious. Of course, the buffet breakfast and dinner is most excellent with a wide variety of choice.
The rooms are good, but could do with a little updating. Most useful especially for the English would be to have tea and coffee facilities in the bedrooms. The lack of this made a few in our group extremely dissatisfied.

The only good thing in this hotel is the size of the rooms. They are big.
It's definitely not a 4-star hotel by European standards. Service is just poor. Room service don't answer the calls for half an hour. They charge $10 an hour for wi-fi. The hotel is only suitable for big groups and is visibly not interested in individual tourists.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is situated on top of a hill in a residential area, providing a peaceful and quiet environment. The location was perfect for me as I wanted to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. The staff were friendly and efficient, making sure that I had a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities such as heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. Everything worked perfectly, leaving me with no complaints. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, which were great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I was extremely satisfied with my stay here.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
